Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the department's strategic plan, ensuring alignment with the company's overall objectives.
- Communicate with regional head office regarding teams business plan, resources needed, etc.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key institutional clients, including pension funds, insurance companies, and asset management firms.
- Ensure efficient and effective department operations, adhering to established procedures and guidelines.
- Work closely with other departments such as Investment, Product Development, Operations, Risk, and Legal to enhance service delivery and product offerings.
- Regularly review and assess the department's performance, implementing improvements, as necessary.
- Stay abreast of industry developments and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
- Drive cross-function teams to continuously enhance service quality to the key insurance client.
Requirements:
- Over 12 years of experience in the financial industry, with sound leadership experience
- Strong sales track record in Asset Management
- University degree holder with major in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Deep understanding of investment products, markets, and industry dynamics
- Proficient in Mandarin and fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
