Lead Data Architect | Insurance

Role & Responsibilities:

• Modernise data to cloud and oversee data migration.
• Create and drive business use cases, such as automating reporting on models.
• Design data architecture and streamline data fundamentals.
• Develop data models and perform data mapping.
• Define data definitions.
• Assist in building essential data components, including data governance and architecture.
• Manage BAU tasks.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in data engineering, with proven expertise in data architecture design
• Experience handling large datasets & raw data customer data in the insurance or banking industry.
• Strong ability to manage end-to-end data workflows.
• Capable of developing action plans and validating functionality and countability.
• Experience collaborating with the data platform team.
• Solid experience in leading a data team.
• Comfortable with technology.
• Familiarity with AWS cloud platform is a plus.
• Bilingual candidates are preferred.
