An opportunity has arisen for a self-motivated and team-oriented Post Trade Front Office Application Analyst to join their growing team.
The Role:
- Support a post-trade front office system within a multi-product application that includes FX, repos, linear and non-linear rates, and cross-asset products.
- Offer daily functional and technical support for the position-keeping front office system, as well as related middle and back-office systems and users.
- Monitor incoming requests and issues, ensuring timely resolutions through prompt acknowledgment and follow-up.
- Adhere to global guidelines for incident management and crisis response.
- Strong understanding of PnL and risk management principles.
- Support regional and global projects, participating in user testing of applications.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- +3 years of practical experience in support, business analysis, or development within the banking sector, preferably with a focus on post-trade front-office applications.
- Experienced and knowledgeable in FX products (such as Spot, Forwards, SWAPS, NDFs, and FX options) or interest rate products.
- Capable in handling multiple simultaneous requests from high-demand users effectively
- C# experience is highly advantageous
- Experienced in supporting systems running on Windows Server and UNIX environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
