Business Function
Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

Responsibilities
  • To manage and control the operations of Account Processing in providing quality and efficient operation support with minimized operation cost to Consumer Banking on account opening, card and loan application.
  • To ensure that the services provided as per the abovementioned business operation scopes can meet the agreed service level and standard
  • To develop and continuously review, streamline, and improve daily operation steps as well as explore digitalization opportunity to increase efficiency and reduce turnaround time with reasonable internal controls and mitigation of operational risk.
  • To review operation manual and operation handbook to ensure the manual/SOP is updated with changes in products, process and guidelines over time
  • To understand the bank policies on data protection, risk & security control and regulatory compliance in order to comply requirements; and escalate problem / exception to supervisor or manager immediately.
  • To participate in new consumer product development by assessing operational/ regulatory issues, evaluating computer system feasibility/ enhancement needs and allocation of resources to meet the Bank's marketing and sales strategy
  • To assist in designing UAT test cases and performing UAT testing according to the pre-defined test cases. Support project LV when necessary.
  • To support ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor and cross team support when necessary.
Requirement
  • Diploma holder or above. F.6 with DSE will also be considered
  • Minimum 2 years experience in consumer banking operations
  • Knowledge of consumer banking practices & procedures
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good sense of risk awareness
  • Ableto accept guidance and instruction of supervisor towards achieving the team's goals.
  • Able to perform teamwork & collaborate with teammates
  • Proficiency in MS Office
