 1. Product Strategy & Vision  

- Develop and drive long-term product strategy, vision, and goals aligned with the companys overall business direction.  

- Define the products core value proposition, balancing user needs, market trends, and business objectives.  

- Periodically refine strategies to adapt to market shifts, competitive dynamics, or internal resource changes.  

 2. Market & User Research  

- Conduct in-depth analysis of target markets, user behavior, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities and risks.  

- Continuously uncover user pain points through surveys, data analysis, and translate insights into product requirements.

 3. Product Planning & Roadmap  

- Create and maintain product roadmaps with clear priorities, timelines, and key milestones.

- Manage the product backlog to balance short-term iterations with long-term objectives.  

 

 4. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Leadership

- Lead and mentor product teams (e.g., PMs, Designers) to foster talent growth and team capabilities.

- Define core product metrics (e.g., user retention, conversion rate, revenue) and optimize performance through continuous monitoring.  

- Validate hypotheses via A/B testing, user feedback, and iterate product features accordingly.  

- Diagnose data anomalies, identify root causes, and drive rapid resolution.  

 6. Commercialization & Growth  

- Design monetization models (e.g., subscriptions, premium services) to explore revenue-generation pathways.  

- Partner with Marketing to craft go-to-market strategies, driving user acquisition and brand penetration.
