Asset allocation and Investment management

  • Provide asset allocation, trade execution and portfolio construction and investment advisory services to clients
  • Oversee investment performance and strategy of a dynamic multi-asset investment portfolio
  • Conduct research and due diligence to contribute investment ideas.
  • Monitor financial markets, economic indicators, and geopolitical events impacting investment strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with private banking partners and keep abreast of the latest private banking products
  • Develop and implement wealth management strategies to enhance existing client relationships and attract new clients
  • Write house views and share investment updates regularly with the RM team.

Product governance and risk management

  • Establish and implement a robust product governance framework that aligns with the Securities and Futures Ordinance (SFO) and other relevant regulations.
  • Implement effective risk management strategies to safeguard client investments and mitigate potential risks
  • Stay informed about industry regulations and compliance standards.

Requirements

  • Master's/Bachelor's degree in finance, investment, economics, investment management, or a related field.
  • Good understanding of the EAM business model and wealth management for HNWI/UHNWI
  • CFA background is preferred
  • Proven experience as a fund manager, investment consultant, preferably with a strong track record of managing multi-asset investment portfolios.
  • Profound knowledge of private wealth management products, investment instruments and the corresponding governance frameworks
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to conduct comprehensive market research and analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex investment concepts to stakeholders.
  • Prior experience in new fund setups is an added advantage.
