Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Leadership: Lead and manage the finance team, ensuring effective financial management and operational efficiency.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the CEO to develop and implement financial strategies that align with business goals.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Oversee the budgeting process, financial forecasting, and variance analysis to support decision-making.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies. Identify and mitigate financial risks.
- Business Partnering: Act as a key business partner to the CEO, providing financial insights and recommendations to drive business performance.
- Cost Management: Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
- Investment Management: Oversee company investments and manage relationships with banks, investors, and auditors.
- Team Development: Mentor and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. CPA or CFA certification preferred.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in finance management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance in Hong Kong and China.
- Experience in performing financial modelling, business proposal presentation , etc.
