We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to drive employee engagement and culture initiatives for IBGHK. As the Vice President of Employee Engagement, you will be responsible for
Responsibili ti es:
• As a trusted advisor to IBG stakeholders, providing strategic counsel and co-creating developmental roadmaps to enhance employee experience and engagement
• Lead the design and implementation of impactful employee engagement programs, leveraging data-driven insights from pulse surveys, focus groups and other listening strategies
• Build a thriving, values-based community by IBG town halls, recognition events and other employee-centric initiatives
• Oversee the end-to-end operations of the engagement portfolio, including scheduling, communications, survey management and reporting
• Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and execute internal communications that inspire and align the IBGHK team
• As a supporting member in IBGHK Incentive Steering Committee
• Provide thought leadership and drive continuous improvement of the engagement strategy
Requirements:
• 8+ years of progressive experience in employee engagement, change management or HR business partnering
• University graduate with major in either BBA, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Marketing, or related disciplines
• Proven track record of designing and delivering impactful engagement programs that drive measurable improvements
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build consensus among senior leaders
• Strong business acumen and strategic mindset to align engagement initiatives with broader organizational goals
• Exceptional communication, presentation and facilitation skills
• Experience in leading a team and driving a positive, collaborative work culture
• Familiarity with the financial services industry is preferred
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
