Interpath Asia is looking for an experienced Associate Director to bolster our vibrant Restructuring team. The successful candidate will be integral to guiding clients through financial challenges, leveraging their expertise to provide strategic insights and solutions. Collaborating with senior leadership, an Associate Director at Interpath will make an impactful contribution to our Restructuring practice while embodying our commitment to excellence and innovation in financial advisory services.
Working as part of a team, the successful candidate will;  
- Oversee complex restructuring projects, advising clients on financial and operational recovery strategies
- Lead and manage teams to execute engagements efficiently, ensuring high-quality deliverables
- Build and enhance relationships with clients, serving as a trusted adviser at the senior management level
- Drive business development efforts, identifying opportunities and crafting compelling client proposals
- Deliver strategic insights to clients on multifaceted challenges impacting their operations and financial health
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and deliverable quality to align with client expectations
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering their professional development and skills
For candidates specialising in insolvency, you will need to;
- Be able to manage a portfolio of insolvency engagements, overseeing all aspects from initiation to completion, while ensuring compliance with the relevant legal framework.

Requirements Education & Experience
- Strong academic record including a degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- Extensive relevant experience in restructuring or insolvency at a Big 4 or a boutique advisory firm
- Professional qualifications including HKICPA, ACA or equivalent is advantageous and a JIEB certification is preferred
- Demonstrated success in managing high-profile and critical restructuring projects
- Exceptional leadership capabilities with a track record of developing teams
- Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach to problem-solving
- Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex information clearly to clients and stakeholders
- Fluent business level English, Cantonese or Mandarin is essential. Other languages are welcome
