  • My client is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic IT Director to lead our IT department. The successful candidate will oversee a team of over 50 IT professionals and report directly to the business owner.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Develop and implement the global IT strategy in alignment with the company's business goals.
  • Lead and manage a team of over 50 IT professionals.
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, systems, and applications to support 4000+ users globally.
  • Ensure the security, reliability, and scalability of IT systems and infrastructure.
  • Manage IT budgets, resources, and vendor relationships to optimise costs and performance.
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and business agility.

What you'll get in return
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT leadership roles
  • Cantonese speaking is a must
  • Proven track record of managing large IT teams and complex IT projects.
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and applications.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with digital transformation and change management.
  • Knowledge of AI/ Data/ cybersecurity best practices and regulations.
