Your new company My client is a leading US-listed healthcare organisation with a global presence.
Your new role An experienced and visionary Global Data Officer to lead their data strategy and operations, with a strong focus on leveraging data and AI technology. The successful candidate will oversee global customer data initiatives. This role reports directly to the Chief Information Officer (CIO).
What you'll need to succeed - Develop and implement a comprehensive global data/ AI strategy aligned with the client's business objectives.
- Lead and manage data governance, data quality, and data management initiatives across the organization.
- Oversee the collection, storage, and analysis of data to ensure accuracy, security, and accessibility.
- Drive the adoption of advanced analytics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence to enhance data insights and healthcare outcomes.
What you'll get in return - Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in data management and analytics roles, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing data strategies and managing large-scale data projects.
- Deep understanding of AI technologies, including natural language processing, computer vision, and predictive analytics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
