Your new role Collaborate with the founder to understand and execute the company's HR and talent strategy. Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures. Your new role
  • Collaborate with the founder to understand and execute the company's HR and talent strategy.
  • Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
  • Handle employee relations and address any issues or grievances.
  • Organize and manage back-office operations to ensure smooth functioning.


What you'll need to succeed
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
  • Excellent knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Experience and passionate in a tech startup is a plus.
