Your new role - Collaborate with the founder to understand and execute the company's HR and talent strategy.
- Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Handle employee relations and address any issues or grievances.
- Organize and manage back-office operations to ensure smooth functioning.
What you'll need to succeed - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Experience and passionate in a tech startup is a plus.
