Your new role - Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO and executive team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and timely responses.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Assist with personal tasks for the CEO, such as managing personal appointments, travel arrangements, and household matters.
- Organise and coordinate company events, meetings, and off-site activities.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Conduct research and gather information to support decision-making processes.
- Manage expense reports, invoices, and other financial documentation.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as required.
What you'll need to succeed - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
