The Head of Asset Management is responsible for overseeing the strategic management, performance optimization, and long-term value creation. The role involves developing asset management strategies, ensuring regulatory compliance, maximizing ROI, and leading a team of asset managers and analysts.

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and implement asset management strategies to enhance portfolio performance and profitability
  • Identify investment opportunities including acquisition, disposition, and repositioning to optimize returns.
  • Conduct market research and financial analysis to guide investment decisions.

Portfolio Management

  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of assets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling for the asset portfolio.
  • Implement risk management strategies to mitigate financial and operational risks.

 

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field (MBA or CFA preferred).
  • 10+ years in asset management, or private equity, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong financial modeling, valuation, and market analysis expertise.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for executive reporting and negotiations.
