Job Duties and Responsibilities - Facilitate new and renewal credit applications for corporate customers
- Prepare quality credit proposals, financial projections, industry research and relevant supporting documents / reports according to Bank standards
- Identify and assess key risks and mitigation measures and give independent recommendations on new/existing/prospective clients
- Support RM teams in addressing credit queries and communicate with Credit Department on credit related matters
- Conduct periodic credit monitoring and ad-hoc monitoring caused by trigger alerts
- Handle ad hoc assignments requested by immediate supervisor or management
Requirements - University degree holder, majoring in Business/ Finance/ Accounting and other related disciplines
- HKIB Certified Banker would be an advantage
- Holder of ECF Certification (such as CCRP (CL), ACRP, AGFP (P&S)) would be an advantage
- At least 5 years' experience in credit appraisal/financial analysis or related functions, with the ability to interpret financial information
- Detailed-oriented, good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
- Good team player, highly motivated to accomplish common goals
- Positive working attitude and eagerness to learn
- Ability to work toward tight timeline for deal closing
- Good command of written English
- Knowledge of corporate banking products would be an advantage
- Professional qualifications such as CFA, FRM, CPA, ACRP are desirable
