Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Facilitate new and renewal credit applications for corporate customers
  • Prepare quality credit proposals, financial projections, industry research and relevant supporting documents / reports according to Bank standards
  • Identify and assess key risks and mitigation measures and give independent recommendations on new/existing/prospective clients
  • Support RM teams in addressing credit queries and communicate with Credit Department on credit related matters
  • Conduct periodic credit monitoring and ad-hoc monitoring caused by trigger alerts
  • Handle ad hoc assignments requested by immediate supervisor or management
Requirements
  • University degree holder, majoring in Business/ Finance/ Accounting and other related disciplines
  • HKIB Certified Banker would be an advantage
  • Holder of ECF Certification (such as CCRP (CL), ACRP, AGFP (P&S)) would be an advantage
  • At least 5 years' experience in credit appraisal/financial analysis or related functions, with the ability to interpret financial information
  • Detailed-oriented, good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good team player, highly motivated to accomplish common goals
  • Positive working attitude and eagerness to learn
  • Ability to work toward tight timeline for deal closing
  • Good command of written English
  • Knowledge of corporate banking products would be an advantage
  • Professional qualifications such as CFA, FRM, CPA, ACRP are desirable
