Key Accountabilities:
Talent Development
- Work closely with AGM, People Development to drive the bank-wide talent agenda including succession planning, leadership assessment, talent development program, etc.
- Identify, assess, and prioritize short-term and long-term development needs of employees to strengthen the internal talent pipeline.
- Assist in designing and organizing the banks leadership development programs. Facilitate the personal development planning and its implementation for the members of the key talent groups.
Bank Culture Development
- Cultivate a desirable bank culture by designing and organizing effective activities, campaigns, or training through various channels.
- Cooperate and facilitate the work of Agile Culture Transformation (ACT) taskforce.
- Facilitate the formulation of overall strategy to enhance our peoples capability in relation to ACT and its implementation.
Bank-wide Mandatory Training Programs
- Spearhead the year plan and implementation of bank-wide mandatory and compliance training programs.
- Collaborate closely with respective program owners to implement and administer the eLearning content in the banks Learning Management System.
- Oversee overall process and ensure timely execution and accurate tracking of eLearning completion and reports.
Project Management
- Plan, arrange, and monitor the progress of key project in Talent and Organizational Development Team.
- Ensure the timely and effective completion of key projects to serve the objectives by facilitating an agile mindset and project management framework.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Business Administration / Finance / HR / Training or related discipline is preferred.
- Minimum 8-10 years relevant experience in training/learning & development area, preferably in banking industry.
- Sound understanding of talent management framework and hands-on experience in its implementation.
- Knowledge and experience in banking industry and agile methodology would be an advantage.
- Attentive to details with good organizational skill.
- A team player with effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
