Vice President – Securities Department (Product Specialist)

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional projects especially US stock related, to improve trading workflows, implement new product or integrate technology solutions.
• Monitor real-time market data, news, and trends to identify opportunities and mitigate risks with sales and internal departments.
• Collaborate closely with sales,  risk management, and operations teams to align different projects with client needs and firm objectives.
• Manage companys trading activities are compliance with both HK and US regulations .
• Mentor teammates, fostering a culture of knowledge-sharing and continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, clients, and internal stakeholders through clear and proactive communication.
• Thrive under pressure by prioritizing tasks effectively in fast-moving markets.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in US equities/options on trading or operation.
• Project management experience in finance-related initiatives.
• SFC licensed RO and RA is preferred.
• Deep knowledge of US market structure, operation, and regulatory frameworks.
• Outstanding communication skills in English and Mandarin.
• Proven ability to work under pressure, make quick decisions, and adapt to market volatility.
• Leadership experience or demonstrated potential to manage a team.
• Less experience will be considered as Associate.
