• Working with senior stakeholders within the business and operational areas, strengthening and developing the risk framework and its individual components
• Operational risk event management
• Develop Risk Control Self Assessments for each business and operational area
• Ensuring operational risk assessment is embedded in new business, process and system development
• Conducting training and raise awareness of the operational risk framework and business continuity program
• Supporting other risk functions as required, market, liquidity, brokerage and counterparty credit risk
