Role Overview:
As a Market Making C++ Software Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing cutting-edge trading technology for market-making activities. You will work closely with quant traders, software engineers, and technology teams to develop optimized solutions for pricing, execution, and risk management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize C++-based market-making systems for ultra-low latency trading.
- Enhance pricing algorithms, order execution logic, and risk controls.
- Improve system performance, scalability, and reliability in high-frequency trading environments.
- Work closely with quantitative researchers and traders to implement new trading strategies.
- Conduct profiling and performance tuning for real-time trading applications.
- Optimize networking, multithreading, and hardware acceleration for speed and efficiency.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in C++ development for financial/trading systems.
- Strong expertise in low-latency programming, algorithm optimization, and multithreading.
- Experience working with high-performance computing and real-time data processing.
- Knowledge of market-making strategies, electronic trading, and liquidity provision (preferred).
- Ability to design and implement fault-tolerant trading applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
