If you believe in better, we'd love to hear from you. About the Role 1. Lead formulation of AIAHK's Proposition & Healthcare (P&H) strategy, including for the Integrated Healthcare Programme collaborating across P&H teams as well as with other AIAHK functions and external parties.
2. Develop, prioritise, drive and manage P&H business initiatives to support the P&H strategy.
3. Manage P&H strategic planning, performance management and reporting activities.
4. Act as the CPHO Office to manage the internal activities of the P&H function.
Roles and Responsibilities: - Develop and articulate AIAHK's holistic proposition strategy in line with its corporate strategy, collaborating with SMEs across the Proposition & Healthcare (P&H) function
- Develop, evolve and steer AIAHK's Integrated Healthcare Strategy (IHS), working closely with the IHS Tribe
- Drive market intelligence gathering and qualitative and quantitative market research to generate data-driven insights for application across P&H teams
- Plan and prioritise initiatives underlying the functional strategy, including driving business cases and proposals, and providing strategic problem-solving support to P&H teams to ensure strategic alignment and cohesion across teams' focus
- Work closely with P&H teams to monitor implementation progress of strategic initiatives, track KPIs and manage the governance framework within P&H
- Develop themes and drive business projects for specific segments and needs identified as strategic priorities for the company, including thought-leadership and action planning, working with cross-functional teams
- Manage annual strategic planning activities, and monthly and quarterly business reviews for P&H, including supporting CPHO in preparation for management communications as well as internal and external stakeholder engagement
- Manage ongoing P&H performance tracking and analytics and reporting, as well as driving reporting automation
- Act as the CPHO Office managing functional matters including budgeting, planning, events etc.
Minimum Job Requirements: - University graduate and above, actuarial or finance/insurance-related academic background preferred
- 8+ years insurance industry experience, preferably in respect of life and health product & proposition strategy, development, management and marketing
- Experience in a strategy-oriented role or in leading strategy formulation is a must; consulting experience is an added advantage
- Familiarity with life & health insurance products, the product development process, and the local and global insurance and healthcare market environment
- Strong structured problem-solving skills with the ability to lead and conduct robust quantitative analysis to support data-driven business management
- Strong self-drive and ownership; can-do mindset and comfort with stepping out of comfort zone
- Strong language and communication skills, particularly in English (written & oral); Chinese proficiency is a plus
- Strong stakeholder management, executive engagement and presentation skills
- Ability to work under pressure on multiple priorities
