Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the risk management framework in line with the firm's and local policies and procedures
  • Lead the identification, communication, measurement, and management of office-wide risks
  • Conduct regular risk assessments to identify current and emerging risks
  • Monitor and record operational incidents
  • Evaluate, recommend, and implement process design improvements to achieve greater efficiencies
  • Provide guidance and training to promote enterprise risk control awareness, ownership, and accountability
  • Report to all relevant stakeholders on Enterprise Risk matters
  • Oversight of risks generated by the firm's investment activities in APAC
  • Quantification and evaluation of investment portfolios liquidity and market risks
  • Prepare monthly Investment Risk Committee reports in relation to investment activities


Requirements:
  • 10+ years of Risk Management in the financial sector, preferably in asset management, with a proven track record in Investment Risk and Enterprise / Operations risk
  • Understanding of related processes, regulations, and governance
  • Ability to work in tight deadlines, managed prioritization and stakeholder expectations across multiple competing priorities
