Role:
- Support business development efforts including drafting pitchbooks and other marketing material for APAC products and strategies
- Supporting contact with institutional investors in existing APAC funds and undertake work relating to all aspects of client servicing
- Keep abreast of client reporting, respond to client requests, support new client onboarding, responding to ad-hoc queries
- Manage RFPs and DDQs, and upkeep databases
- Assist with investor marketing of the firms various fund products, including preparing pitchbooks and presentations
- Work closely with other teams e.g. assist with investment mandates as necessary, work with fund and fund teams
- Assist with formulating APAC client engagement strategy including planning and organizing investor events and content creation
Requirement
- 2-4 years of experience in business development and investor relations in a real estate fund or real estate team within a bank or consultancy
- Understanding of Asian investors and multinational real estate fund managers
- Professional proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Exceptional PowerPoint skills
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM systems and data rooms valued but not essential
- Fluency in English and an Asian language are essential (spoken and written)
Associate candidates with 3+ years of experience, or Analyst level candidates with 1-2 years of experience will be considered.
