Head of Settlement (~80K with 5-7 months bonus)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the settlement team, overseeing daily operations for global and Hong Kong securities and structured products
• Ensure timely and accurate trade processing, reconciliation, and settlement across all financial products.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with regulatory requirements, including CCASS, Euroclear, and OASYS operations.
• Identify and mitigate risks in settlement workflows, ensuring operational resilience and efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external counterparties to resolve discrepancies and improve settlement processes.
• Foster a high-performing team culture, providing training, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent
• Extensive settlement experience in a sizable brokerage firm, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role managing teams and workflows effectively.
• Comprehensive knowledge of settlement functions across local and global securities and structured products
• Hands-on expertise in settlement systems and platforms, including Euroclear, OASYS, and CCASS.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
• Ability to thrive under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and navigate a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
