Position Description
The position will lead the management of client relationships, driving business growth and delivering a comprehensive range of investment solutions to institutional clients in our Wealth Management Business. This role requires advanced strategic thinking, exceptional client development skills, and in-depth expertise in financial products.

 

Key Areas of Responsibilities

  • Oversee the overall management of client service operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality support and services to institutional clients.
  • Lead the target segment research and onboarding efforts for new clients, overseeing the preparation of pitch books and internal documentation.
  • Provide proactive investment insights and maintain robust communication with clients, ensuring timely responses and a high level of service.
  • Drive business development initiatives, identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities in the institutional market.
  • Strengthen the institutional client base, promoting research services and cross-selling other financial products.
  • Develop sales strategies and achieve targets in line with business goals.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in brokerage/asset management, with a strong focus on client-facing roles or institutional sales.
  • Comprehensive understanding of investment products, financial markets, and private banking strategies.
  • Proven track record in developing client relationships and executing transactions effectively.
  • Exceptional communication skills and proficiency in English and Mandarin; Cantonese is a plus.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to drive results and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Licensed under SFC with Type 1, knowledgeable in local regulatory and compliance standards.
