Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Record Keeping: Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and ledgers.
- Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process invoices, manage payments, and assist in the collection of receivables.
- Bank Reconciliations: Perform monthly bank reconciliations and ensure accurate reporting.
- Financial Reporting: Support the preparation of financial statements and reports for management.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and regulations.
- Data Entry: Input financial data into accounting software with a high degree of accuracy.
- Assistance with Audits: Prepare documentation for internal and external audits as required.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior accountants and other team members to support financial operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a multinational or fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of local accounting regulations and standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in both English and Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese).
