Your New Role
- Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to identify business requirements, define functions, and create roadmaps for data products.
- Oversee the development of data processing frameworks to ensure high-quality data for financial risk assessments, customer segmentation, and banking services.
- Leverage financial data analysis skills to extract actionable insights from comprehensive datasets and achieve high-standard business objectives.
- Monitor and analyse data performance metrics, such as data accuracy, user adoption rates, and business impact, to ensure continuous improvement.
- Gather and incorporate feedback from internal business stakeholders to maintain business continuity.
What You'll Need to Succeed
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Data Science, Finance, or related disciplines.
- At least 5 years of experience in data management, preferably in the banking or financial industry, with a proven track record in delivering impactful data solutions.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualisation tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.
- In-depth understanding of financial data types, including transaction, credit, and market data.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills with project management abilities
