A Well-Established European Corporate Bank is looking for a Senior Officer (Maker) to join their Payment and Loans Operations team.
Your new role
- Execute daily inward and outward remittances, clearing, such as FPS, paper cheques, E-cheques, loan administration & processing and Trade Finance Operations.
- Deliver exceptional customer service professionally, including performing callbacks, handling internal and external enquiries, and addressing service requests on Trade Finance products and Cash Management Operations.
- Process customer instructions such as audit confirmations, and bank confirmations.
- Preparing internal and export reports.
- Assisting to complete internal and external User Acceptance Tests (UAT) with various systems.
- Provide administrative support and perform other ad-hoc duties as required.
What you'll need to succeed
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience with corporate banking operations of Cash Management working experience (including but not limited to fixed deposit, payment, cheque clearing, loan draw-down and rollover, e-banking, account opening & closure, etc.).
- Bachelor Degree holder with relevant working experience;
- Good command and communication skills in written and spoken Chinese, Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
