Responsibilities:
 Client Onboarding and KYC Processes
  - Oversee and manage the Know Your Customer (KYC) process for both new and existing clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
  - Conduct thorough reviews of customer profiles, KYC documents, and due diligence data during onboarding and periodic reviews.
  - Analyze KYC information to identify potential risks associated with customers and recommend appropriate actions.
  - Collaborate with compliance and risk management teams to ensure all KYC processes align with local and international regulations.
  - Conduct gap analyses on current policies and procedures to address regulatory changes and audit findings.
  - Prepare detailed reports on KYC activities and present findings to senior management.
  
 Settlement and Payment Operations
  - Approve Virtual Asset (VA) transfers, ensuring proper checks and compliance measures are completed before execution.
  - Handle client instructions and inquiries related to Fiat and VA transactions.
  - Liaise with the front office, brokers, and external parties to follow up on settlement-related issues.
  - Ensure all transactions comply fully with internal and external rules and regulations.
  - Process inward and outward remittances, including data entry, document filing, and record-keeping as required.
  - Escalate issues to the Team Manager in a timely and proactive manner.
  - Manage in daily Fiat and VA reconciliation
  
 Fiat and Virtual Asset (VA) Processing
  - Process Fiat and VA inbound/outbound transactions for clients and brokers.
  - Perform daily settlement of Fiat and VA transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  
 Operational Efficiency and System Enhancements
  - Assist in system modifications and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new or updated systems.
  - Provide input and support for process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  
 Requirements:
  - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
  - Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; a passion for excelling in the cryptocurrency space is highly desirable.
  - 1-2 years of relevant experience in brokerage firms, banking, or cryptocurrency exchanges is preferred.
  - Basic understanding of financial or cryptocurrency trading businesses.
  - Good knowledge of cryptocurrency operations.
  - Responsible for managing the full set of settlements for Fiat and Virtual Assets (VA), as well as performing related operational duties.
  - Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, with a high sense of responsibility and a positive "can-do" attitude.
  - Thrives in a fast-paced environment, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
  - Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.
  - A strong team player with a collaborative mindset.
  - Strong computer skills, with proficiency in MS Word and Excel; coding knowledge is an advantage but not required.
