Officer, Customer Information Maintenance (Signature) Lead, monitor, check and responsible for ensuring the efficient and quality operations of imaging& signature section in the Department.
Responsibilities - Mainly check and approve signature request submitted by branches and other departments
- Act as backup officer of all responsible sections, especially imaging section and perform daily checking job for these sections, if required
- Handle telephone enquiries by any internal departments
- Prepare daily and monthly control reporting
- Review workflow and provide ideas for re-engineering process with the aim of efficiency and effectiveness of own responsible job
- Involves in projects related to the section/department, and prepare/review covering provision of user requirements and participation in UAT
- Review and update departmental operations manual and terminal guidelines
- Perform any job assigned by the superior
Incumbent Requirements: - Secondary education or above
- Minimum 3 years' experience in banking operations
- Require broad knowledge of bank operations especially related to imaging & signature process
- Supervisory experience is preferable
- Candidate with qualification of Certified Banker is an advantage
