About the job Our client is an international financial institution, with a strong presence globally and regionally. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Analyst to join their regional team.
Responsibilities: Support Product Owners in the development of strategic and tactical solutions for Client Portfolio Accounting. Scope of work may include:
- Establish project scope and define business needs with stakeholders and various other functional groups.
- Build and enhance client report system platforms.
- Manage and undertake end-to-end project tasks from feasibility study, requirement analysis/documentation, and UAT management (including UAT test script) to implementation support.
- Evaluate project performance post implementation and resolve any production issues together with stakeholders.
- Perform business analysis, user story preparation, determine workflow and provide recommendations on system and process enhancements and data governance design.
Requirements: - At least 5 years of working experiences in project management, in banking sector
- Knowledge in client statements, system and process enhancements, and data governance design
- CPA holders with knowledge in client or regulatory reporting would be advantageous
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex business processes and technical requirements.
