Your new role
- In office duties: Sort and deliver mail to the staff, assist in room setting, and other office support
- Outdoor duties: Travel to the post office / banks for mailing and other tasks
- Document Scanning
- Simple data input
- Handle ad-hoc projects
What you'll need to succeed
- Form 5 or above graduate
- Fluent in Cantonese and English / non-Cantonese speaker with excellent command of English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic Microsoft Office skills
