Overview:
We are seeking a self-driven and experienced SME Relationship Manager to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of SME clients, providing all-rounded financial solutions, and ensuring exceptional client service.
Your New Role: - Develop and solicit new relationships with SME clients from GBA and Hong Kong.
- Identify and understand clients' financial needs and provide appropriate solutions such as SFGS, trade finance, cash management and cross-sell full spectrum of wealth products.
- Conduct credit due diligence and ensure the quality of assets.
- Prepare credit proposals and collateral requirements in line with the bank's guidelines.
What you'll need to succeed:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in SME banking / commercial banking.
- Strong understanding of SME / SFGS / CASA / I&I products and services.
- Preferably with IIQE and HKSI licenses for cross-selling activities.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing client portfolios.
- Bilingual in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
