They are hiring an Assistant Manager equipped with skills in FP&A, Management Reporting and Business Partnering experience. Your new role
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly and regular management reporting and KPI reporting
- Handle financial planning and analysis including the budgeting and forecasting process
- Produce competitor benchmarking analysis for management review and decision-making
- Oversee and track various KPI and metrics to ensure targets are met and maintained
- Get involved in ad-hoc and Finance related projects
- Work with a multinational team boasting a flexible and forward-thinking working style
What you'll need to succeed
- 4 Years of Financial Analysis or Management Reporting Experience
- Experience within the Insurance or Financial Services industry is a plus
- CPA Qualification or equivalent
- Basic understanding of Power BI
- Strong communication skills
- Teamwork mindset
