If you believe in better, we'd love to hear from you. About the Role Responsible for supporting the day-to-day activities of HR on either full-time or part-time basis, with the aim of learning and applying practical knowledge of the business area, the company and the industry.
- Provide support to maintain AIA digital engagement platform for employees
- Research and propose plans to revamp digital engagement platform for employees
- Collaborate with internal and external parties, including cross-functional departments (such as IT), app developers, to ensure the app's effectiveness
- Consolidate and analyse app usage data, generate insights for management to enhance usage and user experience
- Provide support to all company-wide engagement events including but not limited to town-halls, leadership forums, enterprise celebrations, etc.
- Provide support to other projects as assigned
