HR Business Partner

Our client is an industry player and they are now seeking a talented HRBP to join their dynamic HR team. We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized and proactive indivisual to dirve changes together.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR plans, overseeing the end-to-end HR lifecycle for designated Bus
  • Drive talent acquisition process by providing advice to line managers, including but not limited to drafting job descriptions, sourcing of candidates, on-boarding/off-boarding, etc
  • Build/maintain strong business partnership with business managers by providing prompt HR guidance and solutions on people related issues
  • Handle Ad hoc assignment as required

Key requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or related fields;
  • Minimum of 8 years of HR experience, ideally in HRBP roles with progressive full lifecycle HR management experience;
  • Strong interpersonal communication and influencing skills;
  • Excellent business acumen and problem-solving abilities
