My client is looking to grow the Technology team in HK.
- Lead local, vendor, and offshore teams to deliver high-quality systems on time and within budget.
- Identify and mitigate implementation risks proactively, developing effective contingency plans.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define digital solution strategies, roadmaps, and detailed technical requirements.
- Conduct systematic solution assessments with business teams, designing end-to-end architectures for frontend and backend systems.
- Champion software engineering best practices to ensure quality, scalability, and production-ready solutions.
- Drive the design and development of high-performance, scalable digital solutions using microservices architecture.
- Oversee development of frontend (web and mobile) and backend business logic layers.
- Lead agile development on cloud platforms, leveraging DevOps practices and cutting-edge technologies.
- Ensure system stability and performance through robust solution design, encompassing all end-to-end components, including infrastructure.
- Analyze and design applications with a focus on cross-platform compatibility, optimization, and holistic impact assessment.
- Independently comprehend complex applications and troubleshoot production issues efficiently.
- Rapidly analyze user requirements, system flows, and business logic to apply technology solutions effectively.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and documentation, adhering to enterprise standards.
- Collaborate with offshore teams and vendors, contributing to design and code reviews.
- Drive continuous improvement of existing systems and streamline development processes to maintain software integrity.
- Experience on digital development and cloud technology and front office application support.
