Our one-stop wealth management initiatives are designed for both our affluent and mass integrated account customers. We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as
Manager, Sales Performance Management (Mortgage). Principal responsibilities: - Work closely with sales leadership team in achieving both financial and qualitative annual objectives through measuring and analysing appropriate sales / performance data to provide insight and recommendation
- Establish and oversee parameters in tracking individual sales staff, teams and departmental sales performance.
- Collaborate with sales teams and internal stakeholders to implement new initiatives and strategies
- Engage sales teams with effective sales recognition programmes to sustain sales momentum
- Assist teams in the efficient distributing of products and in driving cross-selling opportunities
- Maintain a robust and efficient control environment to manage the risks from operational, financial and project management perspectives.
Requirements - University degree in Finance, Business Administration or related discipline
- 5 years' experience in mortgage sales management or sales performance role, involved in establishing and tracking performance parameters to achieve financial and qualitative objectives
- Experience in working with sales and distribution teams and business stakeholders in tracking and sustaining sales performance and launching new initiatives
- Strong data and numeric skills with competency in collecting, compiling and analysing data for business performance
- Ability to prepare materials and conduct professional business presentations
- Sound knowledge in mortgage business environment
- Be self-motivated and business-orientated
- Professional qualifications such as Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF) and/or Certified Banker (CB) under Hong Kong Institute of Bankers (HKIB) would be an advantage.
