Business Analyst - Life Insurance Operations

Our client, a leading insurance group, is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst to support key corporate initiatives. In this role, you’ll ensure data accuracy, streamline processes, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive meaningful project outcomes. Pinpoint Asia - Hong Kong - Full time

Salary: HK$35k - HK$50k per month, 5 days work


Key Responsibilities

  • Support Business Analyst tasks, ensuring accurate data analysis, clear user stories, and seamless UAT alignment.
  • Prepare progress updates to keep project teams and management informed.
  • Assist in project management activities, contributing to efficient execution.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather MI reporting requirements and ensure timely delivery.

What Were Looking For

  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
  • 4 - 7 years of experience in Life Operations; previous exposure to payment-related processes is a plus.
  • Strong data analysis skills, with proficiency in relevant tools being an advantage.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.
  • Solid understanding of Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to foster effective stakeholder relationships.
