Associate, HR C&B Operation, Human Resources
Key Accountabilities
- Responsible for compensation and benefits administration including but not limited to payroll, benefit, MPF administration, leave management, tax reporting and handling staff enquiries;
- Assist in department budget and group staff cost budget;
- Handle internal and external audit request;
- Assist in system enhancement and digitalization transformationï¼›
- Prepare periodic management reports and analyses;
- Such other duties as shall be directed by superiors from time to time.
Skills & Experience
- Love the country, Hong Kong and the Company and align with the core values of Bank of China and BOCI;
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines;
- With minimum 3 years payroll and C&B administration related experience;
- Well-versed in the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related statutory requirements;
- Strong sense of responsibility, detail-minded and well-organized;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with good team spirit;
- Proactive with positive attitude, adaptable to changes and respective to new ideas;
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, especially in Excel;
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
