Your new role
- Review and assess personal loan applications to determine creditworthiness.
- Conduct thorough analysis of applicant's financial information, credit history, and other relevant data.
- Make informed decisions on loan approvals, denials, and conditions.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline the loan approval process.
- Provide recommendations for improving credit approval criteria and processes.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven less than 3 years of experience in credit analysis and loan approval, preferably in the personal loan sector.
- Strong understanding of credit risk assessment and financial analysis.
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
