Responsibilities
  • Formulate full-year business plans and be responsible for their related deployment and implementation to deliver sales target
  • Responsible for driving business strategy, designing and sourcing product solutions for Equity Linked Products business growth.
  • Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders on performing product due diligence, developing market strategy, monitoring product related reports and initiating new product development ideas;
  • Assist in developing all risk and control processes
  • Prepare and conduct product and process training to frontline ;
  • Lead business initiative/projects independently
Accountabilities
  • Equity Linked Products budget delivery via development of product solutions & pricing strategy
  • Compliant with regulatory requirements and address SFC / HKEX / HKMA new requirements by engaging with stakeholders on timely manner
  • Quality execution of sales and marketing programs, and process improvement projects according to pre-defined timeline
  • Provide in-depth analysis that leads to insights for Equity Linked Products growing business
  • Engage and collaborate with regional EPG & country stakeholder closely for various Equity Linked Products projects
  • Compliance with departmental and organization standard;
  • Taking up sales relief function, including but not limited to when there is a shortage of available RI staffs (Staff who are registered RIs may from time to time be required to do so).
Requirements
  • 7 to 10 years of experience in banking, preferably related to the Equity Linked Products
  • Good organization and project management skill
  • Master's/Bachelor's degree in Finance/Economics/ Business Administration preferred
  • Creative and independent Strong analytical skills
  • Good in multitasking skill
  • Prompt response with excellent attention to details
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Adaptive, flexible and ability to work under pressure
