Overview:
We are collaborating with a prominent bank in Hong Kong to recruit a Senior Associate (Cybersecurity) for their IT Operations team. This permanent position plays a vital role in maintaining the security of the bank's IT systems, implementing robust solutions, and ensuring operational excellence in a fast-moving financial landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and documentation of IT security policies, guidelines, and operational manuals.
- Provide troubleshooting and support for security incidents, issues, and user ID authorization processes.
- Address and resolve security-related issues, including access control and incident response.
- Enhance operational efficiency by designing automated processes for routine tasks.
- Regularly review and maintain secure system configurations and user access protocols.
- Take on additional responsibilities as directed by management to meet organizational goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or Higher Diploma in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline.
- Possession of a professional certification such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CEH, CRISC, or CCSP.
- At least 2 years of experience in cybersecurity or IT roles, ideally within banking, finance, or insurance sectors.
- Exceptional analytical abilities, organizational skills, and a detail-oriented mindset.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and work autonomously.
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin).
