About the Role

Drive High New Worth (HNW) business to achieve the assigned business targets in Agency & Brokerage Channels

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Drive and execute business strategies & proposition for HNW business to promote HNW Ecosystem services and support to achieve the production targets.
  • Proactively engage financial planners on HNW products and Ecosystem of Value-Added-Services (VAS), including legacy planning and Premium Financing, through district visits, online / in-person training and one-on-one relationship building.
  • Take the initiative to drive and form a competitive edge bank partner ecosystem and liaise with existing and new bank partners on revising bank loan terms and adding new AIA products on their premium financing product lists
  • Implement HNW campaigns and other activities to boost sales activities and no. of active financial planners, including but not limited to organizing seminars, forum, district-based training/activity.
  • Work closely with L&WM Strategy team to build a holistic financial planning solution strategy, by engaging with EY, Trust, Legal, Wealth Advisors & Case Management to provide one-stop wealth planning services for HNW customers
  • Build strong rapport and influence with channel partners to solicit support on various sales initiatives.
  • Ensure strict adherence to internal compliance/governance guidelines and market regulations.
Minimum Job Requirements:
  • University /college graduate plus 6-8 years relevant experience
  • Solid sales experience of insurance products includes unit linked plans and universal life plans preferable with proven track records
  • Strong communications skills with fluent Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Appropriate professional insurance qualifications and licenses
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Require to obtain relevant license if the job involves in regulated activities.
Others:
  • You are preferred to obtain the license of Insurance Authority (IA) (Paper 1,3 and 5) or any licenses if your job invgftrolves regulated activities
