  • A Chinese Bank is looking for a Head of Business Manager (Native Mandarin Speaker) to support their Corporate Banking Business.

Your new role
  • Leading a small team of 3, you will be providing direct Business Management support to the Corporate Banking front office team.
  • Provide direct support to the front office team, to define, coordinate, and execute the organization's strategy.
  • Draft and organise the completion of annual business development plans, KPI reports, marketing plans, customer relationship management, and sales strategies.
  • Conduct market research and planning for the branch's corporate business, and assist front office to draft business development plans and marketing strategies materials for development purposes.
  • Organise, coordinate, and supervise the corporate credit business, syndicated business, and other corporate businesses of the Hong Kong branch.
  • Implement relevant policies and systems from the head office. Draft and promote the implementation of the branch's business operation plan according to the head office's requirements and the branch's development plan.
  • Manage the financial resources and human resources of the corporate business department.
  • Ensure internal compliance and comprehensive risk management within the department.
  • Implement requirements for case prevention, confidentiality, anti-money laundering, and business continuity management.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Master's degree or above in the related studies.
  • Over 10 years of experience in the banking industry with relevant experiences in front office business management.
  • Sound knowledge of Corporate Banking products.
  • Proficient in spoken and written Chinese Mandarin and English.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a deputy department head or above.
  • Native in Mandarin with extensive working experiences in a PRC Chinese bank is a must.
  • Open to sponsoring working visa.
