Associate, Client Onboarding - Asset Management

Key Responsibilities

• Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients during the onboarding process, providing exceptional service and support.
• Documentation Management: Collect, review, and verify all necessary documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory and firm standards.
• Process Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., compliance, operations, and client services) to facilitate smooth onboarding and address any client inquiries.
• System Management: Input and maintain accurate client data in the firm's CRM and other relevant systems.
• Training and Support: Educate clients about our services and systems, ensuring they are equipped to navigate our offerings effectively.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance the onboarding process, contributing to best practices and efficiencies.
• Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on relevant regulations and ensure all onboarding activities adhere to legal and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in client onboarding, client services, or a related role within the financial services or asset management industry.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with regulatory compliance and KYC (Know Your Customer) requirements.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to build relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Attention to Detail: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance.
