Education & Experience * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering (Master's preferred). * 10+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years in digital projects and 3+ years as a delivery lead. * Experience in Insurance industry and multi-national financial services preferred. * Strong expertise in Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Analytics. Competencies * Full-stack development: HTML5, React/Angular/Vue/Flutter,, node.js, Java, Spring Boot, iOS/Android, Kafka, CRM, Blockchain, RPA. * Expertise in API development, microservices, cloud (Azure/AWS), and container technologies (Docker/Kubernetes). * Experience with Agile/Scrum, DevOps, and authentication standards (OAuth, OpenID). * Knowledge of CRM (e.g., MS Dynamics) and Call Center technologies.
