Customer Service, Insurance (1-year contract)
Your new role
- Handle customer enquiries regarding medical insurance, including hotline & email
- Resolve customer/ advisor problems and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Retain and enhance customer relationships
What you'll need to succeed
- With relevant working experience in customer service and the insurance industry
- Passes in IIQE Paper 1, 3 and 5
- Experience in Group Medical is a plus
