Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate and execute long-term corporate development strategies, oversee bond/equity business operations, market expansion, and cross-border business layout.
  • Lead business innovation and resource integration to drive growth opportunities in Mainland China and overseas markets.
  • Optimize collaborative operations across front, middle, and back offices.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Equity Derivatives or Bond with front-line business expertise.
  • 5+ years of senior management experience in medium-to-large financial institutions.
  • Deep understanding of operational dynamics within Chinese financial institutions.
  • Strong strategic vision paired with execution capabilities; adept at risk management during rapid scaling.
  • Fluent English proficiency and global team leadership perspective.
