My client, a reputable insurer, is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Assistant Manager/Manager for the Management Reporting team in their regional finance office. This role will involve preparing and analyzing financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Management Reporting: Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and insights that support business objectives.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather data and provide financial insights that drive performance.

 

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional qualifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are a plus.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in finance, with a focus on management reporting or financial analysis.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
