Our multi-strategy fund client is seeking an Equity Analyst to join their fundamental long/short equity hedge fund. This role focuses on the Technology or Consumer sectors.
The analyst will play a crucial role in generating investment ideas and analyzing companies and industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed analysis of companies in the TMT or Consumer Discretionary sectors.
- Perform in-depth fundamental analysis to assess growth potential, financial health, and investment viability, and provide recommendations to the portfolio manager.
- Monitor macroeconomic trends, geopolitical events, and other factors that may impact equity performance.
Requirements
- Excellent academic credentials from top universities; CFA certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in top-tier financial service compaines. Open to both buyside and sellside
- Superior financial modeling and valuation skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
